You keep spiralling after certain triggers.
A message, comment, conflict, decision, mistake, or uncertain moment can stay with you for hours or days, even when part of you knows it “shouldn’t” feel this big.

A 3-month private Clinical EFT process for the anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, emotional pressure, and old reactions that keep taking over — even when you understand them.
This is the path I most often recommend when one session is unlikely to be enough and you want steady, private support to help the emotional intensity soften over time.

Is this the right program for me?
Inner Harmony is not for someone who simply wants a quick tip or a one-off calming tool. It is for the person who has already tried to understand, manage, analyze, or push through what they feel — and still finds themselves getting pulled back into the same inner reactions.
A message, comment, conflict, decision, mistake, or uncertain moment can stay with you for hours or days, even when part of you knows it “shouldn’t” feel this big.
You may know where the reaction comes from, but in the moment your body still goes into overthinking, pressure, people-pleasing, shutdown, anger, shame, or fear.
You are not looking for hype or a forced breakthrough. You want steady, emotionally safe support that helps the old charge begin to soften.
What may begin to feel different
This work is not about becoming perfectly calm or never being triggered. It is about helping old reactions lose some of their grip, so you can feel more like yourself in real life.
A conversation or decision may not keep looping in your mind for hours when you are trying to rest.
Something may still affect you, but it may not take over your whole day or pull you into the same spiral.
Decisions, boundaries, conversations, or being seen may begin to feel less like something you have to survive.
You may notice the urge to over-explain, agree, fix, or keep everyone comfortable — and feel more able to stay connected to yourself.
The harsh voice that says you should be doing more, doing better, or getting everything right may begin to lose authority.
As old fear softens, your own needs, boundaries, and next steps can become easier to hear.
A consistent rhythm gives the work time to deepen, settle, and begin carrying into everyday life.
Why 3 months?
A single session can be helpful for one specific issue. But when anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, inner pressure, or spiralling has been showing up for years, it usually needs more time and consistency.
Inner Harmony gives us enough space to work gently with the specific moments, memories, beliefs, body sensations, and fears that still feel charged — without expecting everything to shift at once.
Over 12–14 weeks, we create a steady rhythm of support so the work has time to deepen, integrate, and begin showing up in real life: the conversation, the decision, the boundary, the quiet evening when you would usually start spiralling.
The Healing Roadmap
Inside Inner Harmony, we do not randomly “tap on everything.” We begin by gently mapping what has been happening, where it shows up, and what your system may be trying to protect you from.
This is not a rigid plan or a performance checklist. It is a compassionate working map that helps us focus the work so sessions feel clear, safe, and connected to what you actually want to change.
We begin by understanding what you are carrying, what keeps feeling hard, and what you most want to feel instead.
We identify the specific conversations, memories, body feelings, beliefs, fears, or future situations that still carry emotional intensity.
We use Clinical EFT and advanced EFT techniques at a careful pace to help the intensity soften, so those old triggers do not have the same grip.
We notice how the work begins to carry into your daily life: decisions, conversations, boundaries, rest, self-trust, and feeling more like yourself.
Each session has a clear focus, while still leaving room for what is honestly present that day.
What happens in a 90-minute session?
Each session builds on the Healing Roadmap we create together. We are not starting from scratch every week. We are steadily working with the places where anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, pressure, or old reactions still have a hold.
Before we meet, you’ll have the opportunity to complete a short reflection form. This helps you notice what has shifted since our last session, what still feels tender or active, and what may need attention next.
We start by noticing what has shifted — even if it feels small. Maybe a trigger did not hit quite as hard. Maybe you recovered faster after a difficult moment. Maybe something still felt intense and needs more support.
This matters because progress is not always loud. Sometimes it shows up as, “I still felt it, but it didn’t take over my whole day.”
Together, we decide what will be most useful to work on that day. That might be a recent trigger, a memory, a body feeling, a fear, an inner critic thought, a decision, a boundary, or something from your Healing Roadmap that is ready for attention.
The focus is specific enough to create movement, but never forced.
Before processing, we take a moment to ground. This helps you feel more present and steady, so we are not diving straight into something tender without support.
You stay in choice throughout the session.
We use tapping in a careful, specific way to work with the emotional intensity connected to the focus we chose.
As we tap, we notice what changes: the words, the body sensations, the emotions, the memories, the beliefs, or the way the situation feels. Often, the issue begins to feel less sharp, less urgent, or less overwhelming.
The aim is not to force a breakthrough. The aim is to help what has been stuck begin to loosen its grip.
We do not end by leaving you “opened up” and on your own. We slow down, notice what shifted, and help your system settle before we close.
Where helpful, we clarify a gentle next step, reflection, or simple between-session support so the work can continue integrating into daily life.
Over time, this steady rhythm helps us keep returning to the places where anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, pressure, or old reactions still have a hold — and gently reduce their grip, one focused session at a time.

A consultation gives us space to explore whether this is the right fit.
Ongoing anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, people-pleasing, inner pressure, and reactions that keep returning.
The 3-month rhythm gives us time to work carefully and consistently, so you are not trying to compress deeper work into one intense session.
The program is designed to be completed within 12–14 weeks. This helps maintain continuity while still allowing some flexibility for life, illness, or travel.
A gentle boundary
A clear fit matters. Inner Harmony is designed for steady, private Clinical EFT support — not for every situation or every type of care.
If you are looking for a one-session fix for something long-standing, this may not be the right fit.
This work is paced with care. We do not force you into emotional places you are not ready to explore.
Inner Harmony is not crisis care, emergency support, medical treatment, or intensive trauma therapy.
Why Kay?
I’m Kristin 'Kay' Kraggerud, MSc — a trauma-informed Clinical EFT and mind-body coach.
My work is calm, practical, and paced. I support capable, thoughtful people who may look composed on the outside while privately carrying anxiety, emotional pressure, self-doubt, or old reactions that feel hard to shift.
I do not believe in forcing emotional breakthroughs or pushing you to explore something before you are ready. My role is to help you work with what feels charged in a way that feels steady, respectful, and emotionally safe.
