Most recommended private support

Inner Harmony Private Program

A 3-month private Clinical EFT process for the anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, emotional pressure, and old reactions that keep taking over — even when you understand them.

This is the path I most often recommend when one session is unlikely to be enough and you want steady, private support to help the emotional intensity soften over time.

You do not need to know exactly where to begin. You can arrive with the honest version: “I keep reacting,” “I feel anxious all the time,” “I know this should not bother me so much,” or “I don’t know where to start.” We begin with what feels most present and gently find the thread from there.

Want to talk it through first?

A consultation gives us space to explore whether this is the right fit.

A steady private process for the emotional reactions that do not seem to shift through insight alone.

Is this the right program for me?

This is for you if the same emotional struggles keep coming back.

Inner Harmony is not for someone who simply wants a quick tip or a one-off calming tool. It is for the person who has already tried to understand, manage, analyze, or push through what they feel — and still finds themselves getting pulled back into the same inner reactions.

You keep spiralling after certain triggers.

A message, comment, conflict, decision, mistake, or uncertain moment can stay with you for hours or days, even when part of you knows it “shouldn’t” feel this big.

You want support that goes deeper than coping.

You are not looking for hype or a forced breakthrough. You want steady, emotionally safe support that helps the old charge begin to soften.

If you keep thinking, “I know better, so why am I still reacting this way?” — this is exactly the kind of work Inner Harmony was created for.

What may begin to feel different

The change is often felt in the ordinary moments that used to take over.

This work is not about becoming perfectly calm or never being triggered. It is about helping old reactions lose some of their grip, so you can feel more like yourself in real life.

Fewer late-night mental replays.

A conversation or decision may not keep looping in your mind for hours when you are trying to rest.

Less bracing before everyday moments.

Decisions, boundaries, conversations, or being seen may begin to feel less like something you have to survive.

More pause before people-pleasing kicks in.

You may notice the urge to over-explain, agree, fix, or keep everyone comfortable — and feel more able to stay connected to yourself.

A softer inner critic.

The harsh voice that says you should be doing more, doing better, or getting everything right may begin to lose authority.

More trust in what feels true.

As old fear softens, your own needs, boundaries, and next steps can become easier to hear.

This is the kind of change Inner Harmony is designed to support: not just understanding yourself better, but feeling a real difference in the moments that used to undo you.

A consistent rhythm gives the work time to deepen, settle, and begin carrying into everyday life.

Why 3 months?

Because old reactions usually need more than one good session.

A single session can be helpful for one specific issue. But when anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, inner pressure, or spiralling has been showing up for years, it usually needs more time and consistency.

Inner Harmony gives us enough space to work gently with the specific moments, memories, beliefs, body sensations, and fears that still feel charged — without expecting everything to shift at once.

Over 12–14 weeks, we create a steady rhythm of support so the work has time to deepen, integrate, and begin showing up in real life: the conversation, the decision, the boundary, the quiet evening when you would usually start spiralling.

The goal is not to rush you. The goal is to help the things that used to overwhelm you begin to feel less powerful, more manageable, and less in charge of your life.

The Healing Roadmap

A gentle map for working with what is underneath.

Inside Inner Harmony, we do not randomly “tap on everything.” We begin by gently mapping what has been happening, where it shows up, and what your system may be trying to protect you from.

This is not a rigid plan or a performance checklist. It is a compassionate working map that helps us focus the work so sessions feel clear, safe, and connected to what you actually want to change.

1

Deep Discovery

We begin by understanding what you are carrying, what keeps feeling hard, and what you most want to feel instead.

2

Find the charged moments

We identify the specific conversations, memories, body feelings, beliefs, fears, or future situations that still carry emotional intensity.

3

Gentle EFT processing

We use Clinical EFT and advanced EFT techniques at a careful pace to help the intensity soften, so those old triggers do not have the same grip.

4

Real-life integration

We notice how the work begins to carry into your daily life: decisions, conversations, boundaries, rest, self-trust, and feeling more like yourself.

The Healing Roadmap helps us stay focused without rushing. It gives us direction, while still leaving room for what feels most alive and important in each session.

Each session has a clear focus, while still leaving room for what is honestly present that day.

What happens in a 90-minute session?

A clear, practical session rhythm that supports real change.

Each session builds on the Healing Roadmap we create together. We are not starting from scratch every week. We are steadily working with the places where anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, pressure, or old reactions still have a hold.

Before we meet, you’ll have the opportunity to complete a short reflection form. This helps you notice what has shifted since our last session, what still feels tender or active, and what may need attention next.

The session is structured enough to feel useful, but flexible enough to meet what is actually happening in your life.
1

We begin with what has changed since last time.

We start by noticing what has shifted — even if it feels small. Maybe a trigger did not hit quite as hard. Maybe you recovered faster after a difficult moment. Maybe something still felt intense and needs more support.

This matters because progress is not always loud. Sometimes it shows up as, “I still felt it, but it didn’t take over my whole day.”

2

We choose a clear focus for the session.

Together, we decide what will be most useful to work on that day. That might be a recent trigger, a memory, a body feeling, a fear, an inner critic thought, a decision, a boundary, or something from your Healing Roadmap that is ready for attention.

The focus is specific enough to create movement, but never forced.

3

We settle before going deeper.

Before processing, we take a moment to ground. This helps you feel more present and steady, so we are not diving straight into something tender without support.

You stay in choice throughout the session.

5

We end grounded and clear.

We do not end by leaving you “opened up” and on your own. We slow down, notice what shifted, and help your system settle before we close.

Where helpful, we clarify a gentle next step, reflection, or simple between-session support so the work can continue integrating into daily life.

6

We keep returning to what matters.

Over time, this steady rhythm helps us keep returning to the places where anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, pressure, or old reactions still have a hold — and gently reduce their grip, one focused session at a time.

Best for

Ongoing anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, people-pleasing, inner pressure, and reactions that keep returning.

Completion rhythm

The program is designed to be completed within 12–14 weeks. This helps maintain continuity while still allowing some flexibility for life, illness, or travel.

Sessions do not roll forward indefinitely, but if something significant arises, we can discuss a short extension.

A gentle boundary

This may not be the right fit if…

A clear fit matters. Inner Harmony is designed for steady, private Clinical EFT support — not for every situation or every type of care.

You want a quick hack.

If you are looking for a one-session fix for something long-standing, this may not be the right fit.

You want to rush into intense processing.

This work is paced with care. We do not force you into emotional places you are not ready to explore.

You need crisis or emergency support.

Inner Harmony is not crisis care, emergency support, medical treatment, or intensive trauma therapy.

If you are unsure whether this is the right kind of support, a consultation can help us talk it through clearly and calmly.

Questions you may have

A few things to know before beginning.

Do I need to know exactly what to work on?

No. You do not need to arrive with everything perfectly organized. We begin by gently clarifying what has been feeling hard, what keeps getting triggered, and what you would like to feel instead.

What if I have already done therapy or coaching?

Many clients have already done deep inner work. Inner Harmony is especially helpful when you understand a lot intellectually, but certain memories, triggers, or situations still feel charged in the body.

Will we have to go into everything from the past?

No. We work at a careful pace and do not need to force anything open. Sometimes we work with current triggers, body sensations, beliefs, or present-day situations first. Your sense of safety and readiness matters.

Can I start with a consultation?

Yes. A 15-minute consultation is a calm way to talk through what you are looking for, ask questions, and see whether Inner Harmony feels like the right fit.

Are sessions online?

Yes. Sessions are held online, so you can join from a private, comfortable space. Sessions are available worldwide and can also be held in Norwegian.

Is this therapy?

No. This is Clinical EFT coaching and mind-body support. It is educational and supportive in nature and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. If you need therapy, medical support, or crisis care, please seek help from an appropriate qualified professional.
