The trigger may not hit as hard.
A comment, message, mistake, memory, or decision may still matter — but it may not take over your whole day.
Personal Clinical EFT coaching
Gentle Clinical EFT support for anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, people-pleasing, inner pressure, and reactions that feel hard to shift through insight alone.
You may be self-aware, thoughtful, and capable. You may know why you react the way you do. And still, certain moments may hit your body before your logical mind can catch up.
Private online sessions available worldwide. Sessions also available in Norwegian.
A calm, private space to begin working with what feels heavy, tense, or difficult to shift alone.
If this is what you have been carrying
Many people who find their way here already understand themselves deeply. The hard part is not always knowing why something happens. The hard part is when the reaction still takes over.
Why Clinical EFT can help
Insight matters. Understanding your past, your patterns, and your protective habits can be deeply helpful. But insight alone does not always quiet the body’s alarm.
Clinical EFT gives us a gentle way to work with the emotional intensity connected to specific moments: the message you keep replaying, the decision that makes your chest tighten, the old memory that still stings, or the belief that says you are not enough.
As the intensity begins to soften, the same situation may start to feel less consuming. Not because you forced yourself to “think differently,” but because the reaction is no longer gripping you as tightly.
I do not believe in pushing for dramatic breakthroughs or making you revisit tender material before you feel ready. My work is calm, specific, and paced to what feels manageable.
Read My PhilosophyClinical EFT helps us work with the emotional charge underneath the thoughts — not just the thoughts themselves.
What can begin to change
The aim is not to become perfectly calm or never have feelings. The aim is for the old reaction to lose some of its grip, so you have more room to respond.
A comment, message, mistake, memory, or decision may still matter — but it may not take over your whole day.
Instead of replaying everything for hours, you may notice more space between the moment and the spiral.
As the emotional charge softens, steadier choices, clearer boundaries, and more self-trust can become easier to access.
Where personal EFT can lead
If the same emotional struggles keep returning, one focused session may not give the work enough room. Inner Harmony is the private Clinical EFT process I most often recommend when anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, emotional pressure, people-pleasing, or old reactions still feel charged.
It gives us a steadier rhythm, so we can work carefully, notice what is changing, and support the work as it begins to carry into ordinary life.
Choosing the right level of support
You do not have to choose perfectly before reaching out. This section simply helps clarify the difference.
What happens in a session?
We begin with what feels most useful to focus on that day. That might be a recent trigger, a body feeling, a fear, a memory, an inner critic thought, a decision, or a situation that feels harder than it “should.”
From there, we use Clinical EFT carefully and specifically to help the emotional intensity soften. We pay attention to what changes as we tap: the words, the body sensations, the emotions, the beliefs, or the way the situation feels.
We end grounded and clear, so you are not left feeling opened up and alone after the session.
Sessions are calm, focused, and paced to what feels manageable — with enough structure to be useful and enough flexibility to meet what is real.

Client reflections
The shifts are often quiet, but meaningful: the issue feels less consuming, the mind feels clearer, and the old reaction no longer has the same hold.
“I felt calmer in my body and much clearer about what was really going on.”
“The thing that felt so big before did not have the same grip afterwards.”
“I felt more grounded, more myself, and less pulled around by the old reaction.”
Begin gently
A 15-minute consultation is a calm first step. We can talk through what feels hard, what kind of support you are looking for, and whether private Clinical EFT support feels like the right fit.
No pressure. No forced commitment. Just a grounded first step toward seeing what kind of support may be right for you.
