Trauma-informed Clinical EFT and mind-body coaching

For the part of you that looks calm on the outside — but feels constantly “on” inside.

Gentle Clinical EFT support for capable, thoughtful people carrying anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, emotional pressure, and the quiet exhaustion of always holding it together.

You may be functioning well, supporting others, managing responsibilities, and doing your best — while privately feeling tense, overwhelmed, self-critical, or unable to fully switch off.

You do not have to keep trying to think your way through this alone. Clinical EFT helps calm the emotional intensity underneath the thoughts — so the things that used to overwhelm you can begin to feel less powerful.

Private online sessions available worldwide. Sessions also available in Norwegian.

A calm, private space to begin working with what feels heavy, tense, or difficult to shift alone.

If you have been quietly carrying a lot

You may understand yourself well — and still feel stuck in reactions you cannot simply think your way out of.

Many of the people I work with are reflective, capable, and self-aware. They have often done inner work already. And still, in certain moments, one comment, decision, message, or memory can hit harder than expected.

You replay conversations or decisions long after they are over.
You know what makes sense, but a part of you still feels unsure, braced, or afraid.
You may feel responsible for everyone, even when you are already exhausted.
You avoid resting because slowing down brings up guilt, pressure, or uncomfortable feelings.
You understand where a reaction comes from, but still find yourself feeling it as if the old situation is happening now.
You are not supposed to solve this by willpower alone. Some reactions need more than insight — they need the emotional charge to soften, so your mind and body can stop treating the moment like an emergency.

Why insight alone may not be enough

Knowing why you feel this way does not always make the feeling go away.

You may have talked it through, journaled about it, read the books, or done thoughtful personal development work. That insight matters.

But when the feeling is already running through your body — tight chest, racing thoughts, shame, anger, panic, shutdown, or the urge to explain yourself — logic alone may not reach the part of you that feels threatened.

Clinical EFT gives us a gentle way to work with the feeling directly. We focus on specific moments, fears, memories, body sensations, or beliefs that still feel charged, and use tapping to help the intensity begin to soften.

You are not forced to “think differently.” As the emotional charge settles, a new perspective can often come through more naturally.

Clinical EFT helps us work with the emotional charge underneath the thoughts — not just the thoughts themselves.

A calmer way to respond

When something triggers you, it does not have to take over your whole day.

Sometimes one comment, one message, one decision, or one uncomfortable moment can set off a much bigger reaction than you expected.

You may know, logically, that you are safe. You may even understand where the reaction comes from. But in the moment, your body can still respond as if something is wrong, urgent, or about to fall apart.

Clinical EFT helps us work gently with that charged feeling, so the moment can begin to lose some of its grip.

The feeling can become less intense.

The same memory, fear, conversation, or trigger may begin to feel less sharp, less urgent, or less overwhelming. You are not forcing yourself to “get over it” — the emotional charge is beginning to soften.

You can stop spiralling so quickly.

Instead of replaying everything, bracing for what might happen, or searching for the “right” answer for hours, your mind may begin to settle sooner. What felt all-consuming can start to feel more manageable.

You can feel more like yourself again.

As the trigger loses some of its grip, you may feel less hijacked by old reactions and more connected to the steadier part of you underneath. That is where clearer decisions, calmer boundaries, and more self-trust can begin.

This is where Clinical EFT can be so helpful: it does not ask you to simply “think differently.” It helps the emotional intensity soften, so the things that used to overwhelm you can begin to feel less powerful.
