Business Momentum Private Support | Clinical EFT for Business
6-month private business support

Your business can change quickly. Your support can stay steady.

Business Momentum is a six-month private Clinical EFT and mind-body support relationship for business owners navigating growth, visibility, leadership, pricing, decisions, transition, or a professional chapter that keeps bringing up new emotional edges as it unfolds.

You may already know what the next business step is. The value here is having enough continuity to work with what gets stirred up before, during, and after you actually take it.

This is not six months of business strategy or constant processing. It is a steadier private container for the inner work behind how you lead, decide, show up, receive, and follow through.

Who this is for

For the business chapter that keeps changing as you move through it.

Business Momentum is not simply for someone who has “more problems.” It is for the person who wants continuity while taking meaningful business steps over enough time for the next layer to become visible.

You are becoming more visible.

You may be publishing more, speaking more clearly about your work, making offers, raising prices, or allowing yourself to be seen in a bigger way.

You want support that remembers the context.

Instead of repeatedly explaining the whole landscape, you want a practitioner who already understands the patterns, decisions, and emotional edges we have been working with.

Business Momentum is designed for continuity: enough time for us to work with the business step, see what happens in real life, and respond to the next emotional edge without treating each challenge as a separate beginning.

What may begin to change

The goal is not more hustle. It is more room to move.

Business Momentum is not designed to make you louder, busier, or endlessly productive. It is designed to reduce the emotional friction that can quietly shape how you make decisions and show up in your work.

Visibility may feel less exposing.

Sharing your work, speaking about what you do, or being seen as the expert may begin to feel less loaded.

Pricing can feel less personal.

Charging, receiving, raising rates, or naming the value of your work may carry less guilt, shame, or internal negotiation.

Follow-through may feel more natural.

The next practical step may become easier to take when it is no longer carrying the same emotional weight.

Your professional identity may feel steadier.

You may feel less pulled between being capable for everyone else and privately questioning whether you are really allowed to lead, charge, choose, or take up space.

Growth may feel less like a threat.

Success, responsibility, attention, receiving more, or becoming more established can bring up their own nervous-system responses. We can work with those too.

Month 1–2 Clarify the landscape and work with the most immediate loaded business steps.
Month 3–4 See what changes in real life and work with the new fears, decisions, or identity edges that appear.
Month 5–6 Consolidate what is changing and strengthen a steadier way of operating as you move forward.

Why six months?

Because the next edge often appears after you take the step.

Business work has a built-in feedback loop. We can reduce the fear around posting, pricing, deciding, or making an offer — and then real life gives us new information.

You may discover that the post was not the real problem; being responded to was. The price increase may feel manageable until someone says yes. A launch may go well and suddenly success itself feels exposing.

Six months gives us room to work with those layers as they actually emerge, rather than trying to predict them all at the beginning.

Business Clarity is the more concentrated process. Business Momentum is the more spacious relationship — designed for an evolving chapter rather than one recurring block alone.

The Business Support Roadmap

A clear container, with enough flexibility to follow what is actually happening.

We begin with direction, not rigidity. The roadmap helps us understand the business chapter you are in, what feels most loaded, and what kind of emotional steadiness would make the biggest practical difference.

1

Map the business chapter

We begin with a 120-minute Business Mapping Session to clarify current pressures, decisions, visibility edges, patterns, and priorities.

2

Work with what is loaded now

We use Clinical EFT with the real business moments that feel exposed, heavy, risky, pressured, or difficult to move through.

3

Let business give us feedback

You take the real-world step, and we pay attention to what becomes easier — and what new emotional layer appears next.

4

Recalibrate and consolidate

We review priorities at the midpoint and close with a Business Momentum & Next Chapter review so the work has a clear ending and forward direction.

The roadmap is a living guide, not a performance plan. Your business may change during six months. The support is designed to change with it.

Between-session support

Access without pressure.

Higher-touch support should make your business feel more supported — not give you another system to maintain.

Optional weekly guided check-ins

You can share a brief reflection on what is happening, what shifted, or where you feel stuck. I can respond with concise guidance when a response would be useful.

Four flexible Momentum Sessions

These 30-minute sessions can be used when something needs attention but does not require a full 90-minute appointment — for example before or after an important conversation, offer, pricing change, or visible step.

Tailored integration support

Where helpful, I may suggest a brief tapping practice, reflection, or experiment connected to the work. There is no requirement to constantly complete homework.

Flexible session rhythm

The twelve main sessions average about two per month, but they can be placed more closely around a demanding period and more spaciously when integration makes more sense.

You do not have to message every week, use every form of support constantly, or prove that you are “making the most” of the container. The value is in knowing the support is there and already understands the landscape.

A conversation comes first.

Business Momentum is a six-month working relationship, so I prefer that we speak before you enrol. We can talk through what you are navigating, whether this level of support fits, and whether Business Clarity may actually be enough.

Best for

An evolving business season

Growth, transition, greater visibility, leadership pressure, pricing changes, professional identity shifts, or important decisions that may bring up new emotional edges over time.

Session rhythm

Structured, but not mechanical

Twelve 90-minute sessions average about two per month, with flexibility to place them closer together when the business moment calls for it.

Payment plan

Spread the investment across the six months

The payment-plan total is $4,350, reflecting the convenience of six monthly payments rather than one upfront payment.

Choosing the right level

Six months is not automatically the better option.

The premium offer should fit the work — not simply the budget.

Choose Business Momentum when

The business chapter itself is likely to keep evolving.

Six months makes more sense when you expect the work to move across stages — for example growth, transition, becoming more visible, changing how you lead, receiving more, or stepping into a different professional identity.

If you are unsure, that is exactly what the consultation is for. I would rather recommend the smaller container when it is enough.

Kristin Kay Kraggerud, trauma-informed Clinical EFT practitioner and mind-body coach

I’m Kristin “Kay” Kraggerud, MSc — a trauma-informed Clinical EFT practitioner and mind-body coach.

I work with capable, thoughtful people who may already understand the practical business step but find that visibility, pricing, receiving, leadership, decision-making, or being seen as the expert brings up a disproportionate amount of emotional pressure.

My role is not to tell you how to run your business. It is to help you work with what gets stirred up around running it, so your choices can come from more steadiness and less fear.

Questions you may have

A few things to know before choosing Business Momentum.

Is this business coaching or consulting?

No. Business Momentum is Clinical EFT and mind-body coaching focused on the emotional and nervous-system patterns that can affect business action. It does not replace business strategy, financial advice, legal advice, or other professional support.

Do I need to have a major launch or crisis to choose this?

No. The fit is less about how dramatic the business situation looks and more about whether you are moving through a meaningful chapter where the emotional edges are likely to evolve over several months.

How often will we meet?

The twelve 90-minute sessions average about two per month, but the rhythm can flex. Some periods may benefit from closer support around a launch, pricing change, important conversation, or visible step. Other periods may need more room for integration.

Do I have to use the weekly check-ins?

No. They are optional. You do not need to manufacture something to report every week or feel responsible for constantly using the support.

What are the 30-minute Momentum Sessions for?

They are flexible shorter sessions for moments that need support but do not necessarily require a full 90-minute appointment — for example before or after a difficult business conversation, offer, pricing decision, launch, or visibility step.

What if Business Clarity would be enough?

Then that is what I would recommend. Business Clarity is the more concentrated 8–10 week process for recurring business blocks. Business Momentum is for a broader, evolving chapter where continuity across six months adds genuine value.

Can I enrol without a consultation?

I prefer a short conversation first. This gives us a chance to make sure the six-month container is appropriate, clarify expectations, and confirm that the working relationship feels like a good fit.

Can I use this for personal issues too?

We may naturally touch personal experiences when they are connected to the business pattern — for example fear of judgment, receiving, conflict, being visible, or taking up space. The primary focus of Business Momentum remains the emotional work connected to your business and professional role.

Begin with a conversation

You do not need to decide on six months by yourself.

We can talk through the business chapter you are in, what keeps getting emotionally loaded, and whether Business Momentum, Business Clarity, or a smaller focused series makes the most sense.

No pressure. No forced commitment. Just a grounded conversation about what kind of support fits the chapter you are in.
