1. Online Course Terms and Conditions

Accessing and participating in online courses.

To access and participate in the online courses offered by K.E. Kraggerud (“Clinical EFT with Kay”), you must confirm that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

The term “course” includes course webpages, digital learning materials, and all related content. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling.

2. Use of Course Materials

Course materials are protected and for personal learning.

All courses and materials are the property of Clinical EFT with Kay, K.E. Kraggerud, or third-party sources referenced within, and are protected by copyright. These materials may only be used as permitted in this agreement.

Materials are intended solely for the personal use of individuals registered in the course or those expressly authorized by Clinical EFT with Kay.

• Registered participants may view, read, and print course materials for their own learning.
• Sharing, publishing, distributing, or providing course access, including logins or passwords, to others is strictly prohibited.
• Any use of course materials beyond personal educational purposes requires prior written permission from Clinical EFT with Kay and/or the original author or publisher.

These terms apply from the time of registration through participation, withdrawal, or completion of the course.

3. Refund Policy for Online Courses

Please review before enrolling.

Participants may withdraw from a course at any time. However, once registration is complete and you have logged into the course platform, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

4. Data Security

Reasonable steps are used to protect information.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. This includes physical, electronic, and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

5. Course Access Period

Course access is time-limited.

Courses are designed to be completed within one month of enrollment. However, participants will retain access to purchased courses for one year from the original purchase date.

6. Responsibility for Loss

Participant responsibility.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clinical EFT with Kay and K.E. Kraggerud from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your actions while participating in the course, including any breach of these Terms.

7. General Disclaimer and Rights of Clinical EFT with Kay

Educational materials and external references.

While every effort is made to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date materials, Clinical EFT with Kay does not assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of external references or linked resources.

Mention of any products, services, or organizations in course content does not constitute endorsement.

Online courses are educational in nature and are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or mental health care. Participants are encouraged to consult a licensed healthcare provider for professional support if needed.

8. Attestation

Agreement to these Terms.

By registering for an online course, you confirm your agreement to these Terms. Clinical EFT with Kay reserves the right to deny or terminate access to any participant who fails to comply with this agreement.

9. Course Platform & Security

Platform use must remain respectful and secure.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass or interfere with the security features of the course platform or website.
• Use bots, crawlers, or automated systems to copy or monitor course content.
• Reproduce, modify, create derivative works, or publicly share any course content without prior written permission from Clinical EFT with Kay.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the normal functioning of the course or website.

EFT is complementary and educational.
