For example, if you book a session, I use your name, email address, phone number, and booking details to manage your appointment and communicate with you about the service. If you subscribe to email reflections, I use your name and email address to send those emails.

You may withdraw consent for optional communications or optional website technologies at any time. Withdrawing consent for information that is necessary to provide a requested service may affect my ability to provide that service.

5. Testimonials and permission to publish

Testimonials are voluntary and used only with permission.

If you choose to submit a testimonial, I may collect the written comments, name or initials, consent choices, and any audio, video, image, or other media you voluntarily provide. Because testimonials may refer to emotional wellbeing, personal experiences, or changes noticed during our work, you should include only information you feel comfortable sharing publicly.

A testimonial may be published only when you actively give specific permission through the testimonial form or another clear written consent process. Depending on the permission provided, it may appear in full or as an excerpt on the Clinical EFT with Kay website, social media accounts, emails, presentations, or other promotional materials. I will take reasonable steps to stop future use and remove the testimonial from materials under my control. Withdrawal does not affect use that occurred lawfully before consent was withdrawn, and it may not be possible to retrieve material already distributed, downloaded, shared by others, printed, archived, or cached by third-party services.
