People-pleasing and boundaries
The part of you that says yes too quickly, worries about disappointing others, or feels responsible for everyone else’s comfort.
Small-group EFT support
A small, trauma-informed online EFT Tapping Circle for women who want steady support with stress, overthinking, self-doubt, people-pleasing, emotional pressure, and the patterns that keep resurfacing.
This is a calm guided space. You do not need to know what to say, explain your whole story, or perform being “fine.” You can come as you are and be led through the process one step at a time.
The Circle is online, but the experience is meant to feel warm, guided, and connected — a quiet place to pause and be supported from your own space.
Why a circle can help
You may already understand the pattern. You may have read the books, listened to the podcasts, journaled about it, and tried to talk yourself into changing.
And still, when the moment comes, your body may reach for the familiar response: overthinking, saying yes, shutting down, bracing, apologizing, pushing through, or turning the criticism inward.
A private, steady online space for guided tapping, reflection, and gentle support.
How it feels inside
Think of the circle as a recurring pause — a place where you do not have to be the strong one, the helpful one, or the one who has everything sorted before she arrives.
Inside the circle
Each circle is gently structured around a theme many thoughtful, capable women carry quietly. The work is practical, body-based, and paced.
The part of you that says yes too quickly, worries about disappointing others, or feels responsible for everyone else’s comfort.
The voice that questions whether you did enough, said it right, handled it well, or should have known better.
The mental loop that keeps reviewing, planning, anticipating, or trying to solve what your body does not yet feel safe to release.
The pressure to be careful, competent, kind, prepared, and acceptable — even when you are exhausted.
Meeting younger or protective parts of you with care, rather than trying to argue them into changing.
Simple practices to help your body come back toward steadiness before, during, and after tapping.
Who this is for
You want consistency, support, and a place where you can keep returning to the work gently.
You value meaningful inner work, but you do not want a space that pushes emotional disclosure or dramatic processing.
You may function well on the outside while carrying a lot of emotional pressure internally.
You want to be met with care, choice, consent, and respect for your pace.
Format and boundaries
The circle is kept intentionally small so the space can feel personal without becoming too intense or crowded.
Why there is a waitlist
A group like this needs room. When a circle is too large, the safety, steadiness, and sense of being seen can disappear. Keeping the group small helps protect the quality of the experience.
Joining the waitlist simply tells me you would like to hear when a seat opens or when a new circle becomes available. There is no payment now and no obligation to join later.
About Kay
Hi, I’m Kristin “Kay” Kraggerud, MSc — a trauma-informed Clinical EFT practitioner and mind-body coach.
My work is for thoughtful, capable women who often understand their patterns clearly, but still feel them in the body. EFT helps us work with that mind-body connection gently and specifically.
In a circle setting, my role is to hold a steady structure, guide the tapping, protect the pace, and help the group stay grounded without forcing personal disclosure.

A group circle is best for mild to moderate current stress and personal-growth themes. If an issue feels highly activated, traumatic, or unsafe to work with in a group, private support or licensed mental health care may be more appropriate.
