About Kay

A calm, skilled space for the patterns you’ve been carrying quietly.

I’m Kristin “Kay” Kraggerud, MSc — a trauma-informed Clinical EFT practitioner and mind-body coach supporting thoughtful, capable people with anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, emotional pressure, business blocks, and nervous-system patterns that often feel hard to shift through insight alone.

My work is calm, practical, and paced. I do not believe in forcing emotional breakthroughs or pushing your nervous system faster than it is ready to go.

This is gentle work, but it is also skilled work. We work with the strong feelings underneath the pattern — carefully, specifically, and with respect for your pace.

Why I do this work

I care about the patterns people carry quietly.

Many people I work with are capable, thoughtful, and deeply self-aware. From the outside, they may look calm, responsible, professional, and composed.

Inside, it can feel very different. There may be constant overthinking, a strong inner critic, difficulty resting, people-pleasing, second-guessing, emotional overwhelm, or the sense that one small comment, mistake, or uncertain moment can set off a much bigger internal response.

Often, they have already tried to understand the pattern. They may have talked it through, journaled, read the books, tried mindset work, or practiced nervous-system tools — and still, in certain moments, their body reacts before their mind can choose something different.

Clinical EFT offers a gentle, structured way to work with both the emotional story and the body’s learned response — not by forcing change, but by helping what has been held begin to soften safely.

A calm, private space for emotionally safe one-to-one support.

My Philosophy

You are not broken. You learned ways to get through.

This is one of the core beliefs underneath my work: many emotional patterns are not flaws. They are old ways of coping that once made sense.

Bracing, overthinking, people-pleasing, staying alert, hiding, performing, or trying not to need too much may have helped you get through earlier pressure, uncertainty, criticism, loss, responsibility, or overwhelm.

Those patterns may feel exhausting now. They may no longer fit the life you want to live. But they are not evidence that something is wrong with you.

What this means in practice

In private Clinical EFT work, we do not treat the reaction as the enemy. We gently look at what it has been carrying and what may help it soften now.

  • We begin with what feels present and manageable.
  • We work with the strong feeling underneath the pattern.
  • We respect hesitation, protection, and pace.
  • We look for real-life steadiness, not forced positivity.

Who I support

The people who usually find their way here.

I primarily support thoughtful, capable women — and also work with coaches, practitioners, entrepreneurs, and business owners whose inner patterns are affecting how they live, work, lead, or show up.

High-functioning women under pressure

  • You overthink and find it hard to fully switch off.
  • You seem fine outwardly, but privately feel anxious, tense, or depleted.
  • Your body may carry pressure in sleep, chest, jaw, shoulders, or stomach.

Coaches, practitioners, and business owners

  • You carry responsibility and want to keep showing up well.
  • You may struggle with visibility fear, decision pressure, or imposter feelings.
  • You want steadiness, not more self-criticism.

How I work

Gentle does not mean superficial.

In trauma-informed EFT work, gentleness is part of what makes deeper work possible.

We are not trying to force your system into a dramatic breakthrough. We are listening carefully, working specifically, and supporting your body and mind to process emotional intensity at a pace that feels manageable.

This is especially important when patterns are layered, long-standing, or connected to younger parts, old beliefs, inner critic themes, or protective responses that developed for a reason.

The goal is not to make you perform healing. The goal is to help your system feel safe enough for real change to begin.

Training & trust

Want to read first?

Understand the philosophy

Read the deeper lens behind my work before choosing private support — especially if you want to know how I hold patterns, protection, and pace.

You do not need to know exactly what to book before reaching out. A consultation can help us talk through what kind of support makes sense.

Questions you may have

A few things to know before beginning.

Is this therapy?

No. This is Clinical EFT coaching and mind-body support. It is educational and supportive in nature and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

Do I need to know exactly what to work on?

No. You can arrive with the honest version: “I know something feels stuck, but I don’t know where to begin.” We can start with what feels most present and gently find the thread from there.

Do you only work with women?

My personal EFT content is primarily written for thoughtful, capable women. I also work with coaches, practitioners, entrepreneurs, and business owners when the fit is right.

Are sessions online?

Yes. Sessions are held online, so you can join from a private, comfortable space. Sessions are available worldwide and can also be held in Norwegian.

Can I begin with a consultation?

Yes. A 15-minute consultation is a calm first step if you would like to talk through what you are looking for and whether this work feels like the right fit.

Begin gently

Wondering whether this work could be the right fit?

You are welcome to begin with a calm 15-minute consultation. We can talk about what has been feeling hard, what kind of support you are looking for, and whether private Clinical EFT work feels like the right next step.

No pressure. No forced commitment. Just a grounded first step toward seeing what kind of support may be right for you.
