Meet Kay Kraggerud

– Your Clinical EFT Coach for Stress Relief & Trauma-Informed Emotional Healing for Women

A Compassionate Approach to Women’s Emotional Wellness

My clients are thoughtful, capable women who rarely fall apart in public— but inside it can feel like their system is always bracing for the next thing. Our work is about giving your body and mind room to finally exhale.

Why I Do This Work

A large part of my work is helping women understand what their nervous system has been trying to say for years—without drama, without pressure, and with a lot of respect for what they’ve already carried.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by how stress quietly shapes our inner world: the thoughts we have, the choices we make, and how we show up for the people we love. Living and working in eleven different countries made something very clear—so many women appear steady on the outside while their body feels constantly on alert underneath.

I recognised that in myself too. I knew how to keep moving, keep performing, and keep showing up, even when my shoulders were tight, sleep was light, and my mind never really powered down.

Where Clinical EFT came in. Clinical EFT gave me a practical way to listen to what the body was trying to protect, and to offer it safety instead of more pressure. It became the framework I wished I’d had earlier—and it’s why I use it every day—and why I’m committed to this work.

Who I Tend to Work With

If you recognise yourself in any of these, you are not alone. Many of my clients arrive feeling that they “should be coping better” than they are. Together, we make space for what’s really going on underneath.

You might recognise yourself in one or more of these:

Women who carry a lot, quietly

  • Emotional or mental loads that rarely switch off.
  • A body that feels “on” all the time, even when the day looks calm.
  • High-functioning anxiety, overthinking, or a mind that won’t slow down at night.

Women in seasons of change

  • Life transitions, grief, or burnout that have left you feeling not quite like yourself.
  • A sense that you “should be coping” but your body tells a different story.
  • A quiet wish to feel more grounded, clear, and settled inside.

Women who support others

  • Coaches, helpers, and small business owners who hold space for many people.
  • A wish to be present for others without draining your own reserves.

How We Work Together

Online EFT Sessions Tailored for Women’s Unique Emotional Needs

Many clients come to me after trying things that helped for a moment but didn’t touch the deeper patterns. In our sessions, we move at a pace that feels respectful to your story while giving your nervous system room to gently shift.

  1. We map your stress patterns. Together we notice how fight, flight, freeze, or fawn show up in your daily life and relationships, and how they’ve helped you cope until now.
  2. We listen to your body’s signals. We pay attention to the smaller cues—your breath, shoulders, chest, or gut—without forcing anything to change.
  3. We use Clinical EFT to release stored stress. Gentle tapping helps the nervous system register “you are safe enough right now”, so your body doesn’t have to stay on guard.
  4. We build safety and resilience. As your body feels safer, rest, clarity, and emotional spaciousness start to feel more natural, not like something you have to earn.
  5. You leave with tools you can keep using. My aim is that you feel equipped, with simple practices you can carry into your life long after our work together ends.

You’re always in charge of the pace, the topics, and the boundaries. My role is to offer skill, structure, and a calm, respectful presence.
