Personal Clinical EFT support options

Find the support that fits what you’re carrying.

Three clear ways to work together — from a short focused series, to a structured process for recurring patterns, to six months of more closely held support.

This page is meant to make the choice easier, not give your mind a fresh hobby. If you are unsure, you can start with the quick guide below or book a calm 15-minute consultation.

Most visitors do not need to choose perfectly before reaching out. We can talk through what feels hard, what kind of support you want, and which option makes the most sense right now.

The right support should feel clear, steady, and manageable — not like one more thing to figure out alone.

A simple way to choose

Use this quick guide first.

These are not three equal choices for the same situation. They are three different levels of support for different kinds of needs.

A quick guide

If you want a focused, lower-commitment place to begin → start with the 3-session Focused EFT Series.

If the same pattern keeps returning → Inner Harmony is usually the steadier path.

If you are moving through a bigger chapter and want continuity over time → the 6-month Season of Steady Support may be the best fit.

For most people comparing these options because the same reactions keep coming back, Inner Harmony is the clearest middle path.

Support options at a glance

Compare the three private EFT support levels.

These are not three sizes of the same package. They offer three different experiences: a focused place to begin, a concentrated 3-month process, or a more spacious 6-month support relationship.

Season of Steady Support · Turning the page

Six months of support for the chapter you’re leaving — and the one you’re building next.

This is a more spacious, closely held relationship for clients who want meaningful continuity over time — not simply more appointments packed into the same three months.

What makes this different

A longer relationship, with room for change to meet real life.

Season begins with an in-depth mapping session and a living Personal Support Roadmap, followed by twelve private Clinical EFT sessions across six months, optional practitioner-guided check-ins, four flexible steadying sessions, and tailored integration support when it is useful.

Inner Harmony is the more concentrated process. Season is the more spacious one. We still do meaningful EFT work, but we also have time to notice what changes when you return to ordinary life, relationships, decisions, responsibilities, and the situations that used to pull you back into familiar patterns.

The support is available without creating pressure to use every touchpoint. Some weeks may need more contact; others may need space. The rhythm can adapt as the work unfolds.

This is not unlimited access or crisis support. Communication and scheduling boundaries are kept clear so the container remains steady, ethical, and sustainable.

Living Personal Support Roadmap A map of current pressures, recurring patterns, pacing needs, resources, and intended areas of focus — updated as the work develops.
A flexible six-month rhythm Twelve full sessions are usually spaced at around two per month, with room to bring sessions closer together when a particular stretch needs more support.
Access without pressure Optional weekly check-ins give you a simple way to stay connected between sessions. You do not need to check in simply because the support is available.
Flexible steadying sessions Four 30-minute sessions can be used around an important trigger, difficult conversation, decision, or emotionally demanding moment.
Turning the page A midpoint recalibration and closing Next Chapter review help us notice what has changed, what still needs care, and how you want to carry the work forward.
Time for change to meet real life

Six months gives us room to work with the pattern and then notice what happens as you live, relate, decide, rest, and respond differently outside the session.

More continuity

The work stays connected between scheduled EFT sessions through the roadmap, optional check-ins, and a shared understanding of the larger chapter you are moving through.

More adaptive pacing

Some stretches may need sessions closer together; others benefit from more space for integration. The six-month structure gives us room for both.

A deliberate next chapter

We do not only track what is becoming less difficult. We also make space for what you are learning, choosing, and building as old patterns loosen their grip.

Still comparing?

Choose based on the kind of support you need — not pressure to get it right.

Focused starting point

Choose the Focused EFT Series if…

You want three sessions to focus on one clear issue, or you would simply like a lower-commitment way to experience the work before deciding on a longer process.

Turning the page

Ask about Season if…

You want a six-month relationship that can hold both the deeper work and the real-life chapter around it — with continuity, flexible pacing, and support as new layers emerge.

Still assessing fit?

Read the philosophy behind the work.

If you are not only comparing prices or session counts, but wondering whether this kind of support feels emotionally safe and aligned, My Philosophy may be the best next page to read.

Inner Harmony Private Program
Most recommended
Ongoing anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, emotional pressure, or reactions that keep taking over. A concentrated, weekly or near-weekly process for recurring patterns that need more than a short focused start. 9 × 90-minute sessions over 12–14 weeks $1,650 or 3 × $575

Common questions

A few things you may be wondering.

Do I need to know exactly what to work on before booking?

No. You do not need to arrive with everything perfectly organized. We can begin with what feels most present and gently clarify what needs attention.

What if I want to try Clinical EFT before committing to a longer program?

That is exactly what the Focused EFT Series is designed for. Three sessions give you enough time to experience the process, focus on one clearly defined area, and notice what feels useful without asking you to commit to a 3- or 6-month program.

Why is Inner Harmony the main recommendation?

Because the struggles many clients bring — anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, people-pleasing, inner pressure, or reactions that keep taking over — usually need time, trust, and consistency. Inner Harmony gives us enough space to work gently with what keeps coming back.

How do I know if Season of Steady Support is worth it?

Season of Steady Support is not simply Inner Harmony with more sessions. Inner Harmony is a concentrated 12–14 week process; Season gives us six months to work with both the deeper patterns and the real-life chapter around them. It may be right if you want more continuity, flexible pacing, optional between-session support, and time to integrate change as life unfolds.

Is Season of Steady Support unlimited access?

No. It is more closely held, but it is not unlimited access or crisis support. Optional check-ins, practitioner responses, steadying sessions, and communication boundaries are clearly defined so the support can feel available without becoming intrusive or unsustainable.

Can I begin with a consultation first?

Yes. A 15-minute consultation is a calm first step if you would like to talk through what you are looking for and explore which option may be the best fit.

Are sessions online?

Yes. Sessions are held online, so you can join from a private, comfortable space. Sessions are available worldwide and can also be held in Norwegian.

Begin gently

The right support should feel clear, respectful, and steady.

If you are unsure which option fits best, we can begin with a calm 15-minute consultation. We will talk about what has been feeling hard, what kind of support you are looking for, and whether private Clinical EFT work feels like the right next step.

No pressure. No forced commitment. Just a grounded first step toward seeing what kind of support may be right for you.
