I’ve supported people navigating everything from high-functioning anxiety and burnout to caregiving stress, past trauma, and those moments when you're just holding it all together.

My approach is gentle but powerful—blending proven techniques with deep care, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to making healing feel safe again.
